  14. This  is  an  upgrade  to  THOR  Release 1.0 and requires the original
  15. archive "THOR10.lha" to work.  All known bugs have been fixed for this
  16. release,  and several new features have been added, along with two new
  17. shell-based utilities.  A summary of the changes for this release:
  18.  
  19. *  Fixed a bug which made it impossible to save modifications to a BBS
  20. in the BBS Configuration.
  21.  
  22. *  Fixed  a  bug which could lead to a crash if there were no selected
  23. BBS in the Startup Window and the OK button was pressed.
  24.  
  25. * Two Enforcer hits removed from the BBS Configuration.
  26.  
  27. * The ability to send Userinfo has been added for BBS Types supporting
  28. this.
  29.  
  30. * Horizontal scrollbar has been added in the Newfiles Window.
  31.  
  32. * The current conference is now highlighted in the Conference Window.

  34. *  Information  like  the  number  of  unread messages and % of unread
  35. messages left have been added to the info gadget.

  37. *  A  bug  in  the  library  which  could corrupt events under certain
  38. conditions has been fixed.

  40. *  A  bug  in ParseQWK, which could lead to a crash if there were more
  41. than 200 messages in a package and you were running under V37/V38, has
  42. been fixed.

  44. *  A  small  bug  in  PackQWK with an confusing error message has been
  45. fixed.

  47. *  The  Shell-based program "ListEvents" have been included which will
  48. list outstanding events on a BBS or on several BBSes.
  49.  
  50. *  The Shell-based program "PackBBS" have been included which will let
  51. the user pack (purge) conferences on several BBSes in a row.

  53. * The documentation has been cleaned up a bit.
  54.  
  55. * Several other small bug fixes and improvements have been made, for a
  56. complete list, see the file "THOR.HISTORY" included.
